Having a healthy pregnancy is something every pregnant family wants. Make sure that you’re getting prenatal care, and taking your prenatal vitamins that include folic acid to prevent defects.
These are the things you need to do when you become pregnant.
While not every miscarriage can be prevented, there are a lot of things you can do to keep you and baby healthy.
Health agencies recommend that you not drink alcohol, eat unpasteurized dairy products (like cheese) or uncooked meats. There are a few easy rules on eating during pregnancy.
